In 2019, 'Jobtrain' (the new national recruitment system) was introduced across NHSScotland in support of the Scottish Government’s ‘Once for Scotland’
programme, which aims to increase shared services within the Scottish public sector. One of the key aims of this programme is to transform the way support services and functions are delivered by integrating them and working across boundaries. There are many benefits to this approach including increased efficiency and improved cost-effectiveness.
Whether you work for NHSScotland or not, you will need to register with Jobtrain in order to apply for any vacancies within NHSScotland.
